Nothing it was ok I guess

Review from Product Dept

Nothing really. It's ok I guess

Review from Engineering Dept

Our onboarding processes are awful and quite embarrassing for a company of this size. We use layers of external recruiters so it's often an inconsistent experience. Years ago we invested in week-long new hire training but that has all been cut and new employees are just thrown into roles.

Review from Communications Dept

I recently applied for a position internally and after great recommendations and a comment to apply, I was given no more feedback. I later found out that the position was changed and the dept. reorganized. I felt it would have been appropriate to communicate the changes and not just left hanging.

Review from Communications Dept

Whirlpool isn't super communicative during the interview process, and the interview process seemed to kind of drag out for an extended period of time without updates.

Review from Communications Dept

Less total interviews. More structured questions (interviewers do not follow process).

Review from HR Dept

The timing. You sit and wait to long
