Focusing on employees and culture to achieve results. Current focus is inverted. Longer term focus on business, results, sustainability, capital. Currently hyper-focused on quarterly results; has not changed in last 5+ years. Remember this is a company not a consulting firm; different goals.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of competition internally which results in coworkers not always working together for the greater good and shared goals & results. This may be due in part to HR processes, policies and practices (which are a direct result of management and executive direction).

Make smarter, more realistic commitments to Wall Street, Shareholders, Customers, and especially the workforce. Run the company like a Fortune 200 manufacturing company, not like a trendy consulting firm.
