
Long Term Stock incentives are great, though performance bonuses would be nice
Coworkers should be more open minded and accepting of each others ideas, even if it's not the best option, listening and understanding everyone's opinions really helps
The LT need to get better at communicating a consistent message. EGM's don't seem to be aligned we need a common and clear product strategy. Also reward and recognise your existing staff, or they'll keep leaving despite vestment periods.
