Best Leadership Teams, Best Companies for Career Growth & Best Departments
The deadline for companies to qualify for Comparably’s next Best Places to Work Awards categories is coming up! The categories to be unveiled in mid-June will be Best Leadership Teams (employee feedback on managers and executive teams), Best Companies for Career Growth (employee sentiment on professional development opportunities), and Best Departments (Engineering, Product, HR, Sales, etc).
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button. The user-friendly survey only takes a few minutes to complete (answers to questions will be in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple choice formats). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 11:59pm PT.
Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee to qualify. All companies with a minimum number of employee ratings on their Comparably.com profile page within a 12-month period (May 1, 2024 through May 12, 2025) will be considered. Large companies (501 or more employees) need a minimum of 75 workers that have rated their workplaces, and small companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 35. Employers are encouraged to collect more feedback over the minimum requirements to stay competitive. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight will be given to companies with more employee participation relative to their company size.
