Ready to celebrate what makes your workplace exceptional? The deadline to qualify for Comparably’s 2026 Best Places to Work Awards is just around the corner! This March, we’ll be unveiling the first award categories of the year: Best Outlook (how confident employees feel about their company’s future), Best Companies for Women (based exclusively on ratings from women), and Best Companies for Diversity (based exclusively on ratings from people of color).
Getting started is simple. Employees can head to comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click the “Rate your Company” button. The survey is quick and straightforward—just a few minutes with yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple choice questions. Don’t wait! Ratings are being accepted now through Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11:59pm PT.
Here’s what makes Comparably Awards different: there’s no application to fill out and no fee to participate. Every company with enough employee ratings on their Comparably.com profile during the 12-month eligibility period (Feb. 9, 2025 through Feb. 9, 2026) is automatically considered. Large companies (501+ employees) need at least 75 employee ratings, while small companies (up to 500 employees) need a minimum of 25. Want to stand out? Aim higher than the minimum—companies with stronger employee participation relative to their size get additional weight for fairness and statistical significance.
