How is your employer brand and employee experience reflecting different work arrangements in your organization (remote, hybrid, etc.)?
Our employer brand is rooted in the belief that high-impact work isn’t tied to a specific desk, but to a culture of trust and flexibility. We offer onsite, hybrid, and remote work arrangements across the globe, ensuring our employee experience remains inclusive regardless of geography. This commitment to transparency begins at the very start of the candidate journey; our job descriptions are explicit about location or flexible working models. By prioritizing flexible working hours and arrangements, we empower our teams to integrate their professional goals with their personal lives and foster a culture of mutual trust and transparency.
What unique benefits or support do you offer to remote or flexible workers?
To ensure our employees are set up for success, we provide financial support through our New Hire Stipend and ongoing Flexible Workplace Allowance. These resources allow employees to set themselves up for success wherever they may be working. Beyond financial support, we are committed to maintaining community through our unique Hub Champions and Volunteer Champions programs. These initiatives facilitate in-person meetups in the communities where employees live. By creating these connection points, we ensure that employees across the globe feel a strong sense of belonging and have the opportunity to make an impact within their own communities.

How is your employer brand and employee experience reflecting different work arrangements in your organization (remote, hybrid, etc.)?
Our employer brand is grounded in flexibility, collaboration, and intentional connection. We’ve embraced a hybrid approach for many of our teams, creating a balance between in-person collaboration and the flexibility employees value. Our employee experience is designed to support this model in a thoughtful way. We prioritize moments that matter, whether it’s in-person time that fosters creativity and alignment, or remote days that allow for focused, independent work. Clear communication, outcome-driven performance, and strong team connection are at the center of how we operate.
We’ve also built systems and cultural touchpoints that ensure consistency across work arrangements, from collaborative tools to company-wide initiatives and recognition programs. No matter where work happens on a given day, employees feel connected to our mission, our values, and each other.

How is your employer brand and employee experience reflecting different work arrangements in your organization (remote, hybrid, etc.)?
Risepoint is a fully remote organization, giving employees the flexibility to work from anywhere. With colleagues across the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, Risepoint employees are accustomed to collaborating across different time zones and work environments. Beyond our virtual workplace, Risepoint offers colleagues opportunities to connect in-person through occasional gatherings for strategy discussions, volunteer opportunities, and team bonding.
What unique benefits or support do you offer to remote or flexible workers?
At Risepoint, our benefits are globally aligned to our values and intentionally designed to meet employees where they are, supporting a distributed workforce across locations, lifestyles, and life stages. With a fully remote operating model, we focus on delivering meaningful, flexible support that helps our colleagues thrive both professionally and personally, no matter where they work.
Within their first week, new hires attend a virtual onboarding session that includes dedicated time with technical support, so employees feel supported and prepared, just as they would in a traditional office.
Even in a fully virtual setting, Risepoint offers collaborative opportunities to build community and maintain a company culture through online community groups, video meeting holiday gatherings, and weekly highlights from Fernando Bleichmar, Risepoint CEO, that recognize teams and individual colleagues. Most notably, each year we host REACH Community Service Week, where teammates are encouraged to gather in-person or virtually with dedicated volunteer time off. In 2025, more than 250 employees completed service activities that are aligned with the Risepoint mission of making education and essential resources more accessible.
