Happiest Employees, Best Perks & Benefits and Best Work-Life Balance
The deadline to qualify for Comparably’s next Best Places to Work Awards categories is coming up soon! The top-rated companies with the Happiest Employees, the Best Perks & Benefits and the Best Work-Life Balance will be unveiled in mid-September.
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button. Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, Aug. 25, 2025 at 11:59pm PT.
Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee associated to qualify. To qualify, a minimum number of current employees must have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their employer’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (Aug. 26, 2024 through Aug. 25, 2025).
Large companies (501 or more employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 25 participants to qualify. Employers are encouraged to collect more feedback over the minimum requirements as these lists are more competitive each year. Plus, additional weight is given to companies with more participation relative to their company size for statistical significance.
