Mr. Alan McIntyre has been the Senior Managing Director of Global Banking at Accenture plc since January 6, 2016. Mr. McIntyre is responsible for Accenture''??s banking industry vision and strategy, investment priorities, offering development and network of alliance partners Mr. McIntyre was a Managing Partner for North America Operations at Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, Inc. (formerly, Mercer Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, Inc) from 2010 to 2012 Mr. McIntyre served as the Managing Partner of North America and Member of Executive Committee at Oliver Wyman Group and Oliver Wyman, Inc. and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. At Oliver Wyman, he was a Senior Partner in the financial services practice. Mr. McIntyre served as Chief Operating Officer of Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, Inc. since April 2003 and served as its Managing Director of North American Banking with a specific responsibility for the integration of Oliver, Wyman & Company and Mercer over the subsequent two years. Mr. McIntyre's consulting work focused on banking strategy with particular emphasis on marketing and distribution issues in both retail and commercial banking. He was responsible for a number of major banking relationships in Western Europe. Based in Mercer Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, Inc.'s London office since 1993, he also has extensive experience working in North America and Australia. His recent significant projects include the redesign of the performance measurement and management framework for the retail branch network of the UK's largest banks; a comprehensive Debt and Equity strategy for one of Europe's largest commercial lenders; and the development of a new range of commercial value propositions for one of Europe's largest credit card issuers and merchant acquirers. Mr. McIntyre holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne Switzerland, Masters of Philosophy in Finance from Pembroke College of Cambridge and an MA in Economics and Philosophy from Glasgow University.
