Ms. Priscilla Almodovar has been Co-Head of Real Estate Lending at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2017. Ms. Almodovar served as Head of the Community Development Banking group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2012 to May 2017 and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Community Development Banking Business since January 18, 2010 until September 2012. Ms. Almodovar served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, the State of New York Mortgage Agency and their affiliated Agencies and subsidiaries since January 25, 2007. Ms. Almodovar served as the Deputy Policy Director for Eliot Spitzer's gubernatorial campaign from January 2005 to November 2006.
