
I think that my role has expanded far beyond what I was hired for and my pay doesn't accurately reflect that.

I enjoy collaborating with our team members and cross-functionally. I have a good handful of coworkers who I would consider friends and I enjoy working with them. I love learning new things and understanding how other departments operate.
They're incredibly tuned in to the industry and future-focused to find solutions to potential problems down the line. They're receptive to new ideas and finding new ways to innovate our current services. They've handled the return to the office efficiently and safely.
Everyone is very supportive of each other and their endeavors. If there is a new initiative to try out, people are very open to making it work. It's great that it isn't corporate-strict and we can have fun with each other. It's also great to have the emphasis on self-care and taking time off.
