We have had YOY growth but are still having layoffs. That implies executives are running business to make Wall Street and their bonuses, not to grow business and increase customer satisfaction

We help each other with questions that everyone lends their experience if you need help. Can't find most managers anywhere most times of the day. Only a couple are ever routinely there at their desk or respond to emails or skype.

OUr position is at the same wage levels there were in 2009. Some people have been here 5 years with no wage increase. And when you do get one, it is significantly below the increase in our portion of health insurance so you are always going backwards on real take home wages.
