Many people are very nice
Replace the cancer. Start to measure not sales (semi industry is on allocation, is clear that numbers are inflated and employees are not good evaluated just by a number). Ask customers and they will feel worse than ever.
Value on staff capability not rather then loyalty and obedience
Remove toxic leaders. They create anxiety
Be inclusive, seek input and value it
