What should I wear for an interview at BBVA Compass?
Dress professionally, nothing revealing or "alternative". The company says it has an all-accepting culture, but you are at the mercy of your hiring manager and their personal biases, so it's best to be as conservative as possible and let your own personality show through after you're hired and if you're lucky enough to get a manager who actually subscribes to the corporate philosophy.
