What would you improve about your company's interview process?I admired my boss as well as his assistant with the interview and Onboarding assistance. I received hands on attention and despite a grilling interview process I appreciated the importance of focusing on a good hire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Mortgage operations continues to lack in effective progress. Sales has to constantly perform tasks unrelated to the role which in turn creates less incentive reliability.
