Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is reliant on too many inside factors that require unmotivated departments greatly lacking in critical thinking to act. The majority of my role involves a great deal of conflict with business partners outside of my immediate group.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complacency. Success has no room for it but yet BBVA fails to address increasingly meager NPS gains and inconsistent experiences for customers that would have a much more capable experience from a competitor.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I admired my boss as well as his assistant with the interview and Onboarding assistance. I received hands on attention and despite a grilling interview process I appreciated the importance of focusing on a good hire.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mortgage operations continues to lack in effective progress. Sales has to constantly perform tasks unrelated to the role which in turn creates less incentive reliability.
