How employees describe working at Black Bear Diner
I currently work at a location that allows an assistant manager to date a coworker who recieves favortism. That same manager has consistently treated me coldly aloof and disrespected me as well. I went to the general manager about the issues and he just told me he trust and believes his managers.
The management at the el paso location is terrible, lack of compasion and understanding for the employees and voilates employee handbook rules and regulations often
I just love them. They make great post hiking food.
I personally feel like NOT ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE TREAT LIKE FAMILY !!!!! LIKE WE WERE TOLD IN TRAINING just the IMPORTANT ONES are . the celebrate one some employees birthdays we havent received a RAISE yet because they say theres no money cooks are leaving for this reason not everyone is in uniform
