The environment is amazing. It’s a great mixture of teamwork, pressure, creativity and chilling. We don’t micro-manage and allow people to provide their own flavors and ideas to the work. We celebrate our staff more than anywhere I’ve ever seen.

I love that our leadership team desn’t just say they want Blizzard to be the best company to work for. They truly care about the employees and listen to concerns and ideas and flex the conpany and adapt to the ever changing industry.

Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?

Compared to the industry Blizzard pays a fair wage when you factor in benefits/bonuses. Irvine, CA is an extremely expensive place to live so for the junior positions it’s probably tough to afford to buy a home but this is the new world we live in.
