It has been great, I have been able to grow my career in 15 years. Yes, there were always challenges but I have been able to overcome them. I love my current role and I think I am good at it which makes it fun. I think the company has been fair with me and this feeling is very rewarding.

I do believe I am "valued"...but at the same time I think there is room for a salary increase. I have already brought this up with my boss and I am confident this is being addressed.

I like the transparency and the fact that they do make an effort to get the message across. They are approachable and have clear goals on the direction forward. I think our Leadership team is pretty strong and have the knowledge to take us to the next level.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I love my job and the role I play. I work supporting people all the time and that gives me a sense of purpose. I would like to believe that what I do matters, I help solve problems, I make decisions and use my judgment to positively impact our customers and ultimately Brenntag results.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
Brenntag is evolving rapidly, what is most positive is that we are opening up and becoming a much more inclusive company. This is great to see! it is a 180 degree change in the last 15 years since I joined. Also the company is truly becoming more global, both things combined mean more opportunities
Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?
I do have a new team. Training is needed to get them up -to speed in order to provide the best customer service experience. The great thing about my team is that they have a good attitude and will do their best to help us achieve our goals. Training will take us further, but attitude is the key.
