The ability to work remotely and independently. Although I recognize that not all positions allow that type of structure, it is the #1 perk of my position currently.

They are down to earth and not stuffy. They can laugh at themselves yet at the same time put the pedal to the metal to get the job done.

In the Americas, the leadership team is seen as real people. They don't come to virtual meetings dressed in a suit, and they speak as openly as they can, which makes them relatable and approachable.

The ability to choose the level of health benefits and the provider. I can spend my healthcare money the way I want to fit my needs. It's the single best thing HR has done over the last 10 years.

Most of them understand the hard work that is put in to our daily jobs, especially those who started their early careers at Brenntag. They take time to listen and get to know us as individuals, which makes us feel special.

We are allowed to have choices in our health benefit package, tailored to fit our individual and family needs. Holidays and vacation time is fair, although I feel we should change to overall PTO instead of vacation, floating holidays, and sick days.
