The culture here is very welcoming and supportive. Management doesn't micromanage but still sets us up enough to succeed. Coworkers are also very supportive and willing to train new hires as much as needed. Company offers great benefits as well.

My team is very supportive and have helped train me during my onboarding. They continue to provide ongoing training during our meetings and are always available to answer my questions.

They don't micromanage but are always available when needed. During my onboarding, my manager has set me up with the proper tools and training needed for me to get started. He responds to all of my questions promptly.
