Hierarchy change is first thing company need to work upon. Teams are working in Silo mode needs to be taken care by HR. Teams are not comfortable with new members not sure if it's because of the insecurity or something else. Roles and responsibilities for all department should be clearly defined.

I can easily reach to anyone, as a new member. But this is my initiative not from company so some process needs to be defined for new onboarding members.

Majority of teams are working in silo mode which is biggest challenge for us and for other as well. People are scarred of sharing the info with their team members. Lastly reporting structure needs to be changed ASAP.
