As per chandigarh location traineestipend is very less . So stipend should be increase.

I believe that employee should get paid , if he is working over period instead of working for a fixed compensation for a very long year

Majority of teams are working in silo mode which is biggest challenge for us and for other as well. People are scarred of sharing the info with their team members. Lastly reporting structure needs to be changed ASAP.
