I like my coworkers, i like that i can choose what projects i get to work on, i love that my voice is heard and i can make impact on a large scale.

Ugh. Does anyone like this process!!! We def could do better here. The company is aware of it, and have added teams to help here. It's the double side of growth and success.

This one is tricky, i'm not thrilled with my benefits but management knows and are working on it. I have a feeling that it's going to get a bit better next year, and i'm not stressed about it. Oh, unlimited time off! And we shut down from Xmas to NYE.
