Our executive team decided to outsource job opportunities, layoff employees, and justify a 1% annual raise for it's employees while taking bonuses alone that are bigger than our salaries, all despite increased volume and customer subscription growth.

Helping our customers. Small businesses need people who care about them genuinely, and the employees that work directly with them do care - a lot. Being able to help our customers grow their business is hugely gratifying for me.

The people who work here are all very friendly, encouraging, and supportive. We all enjoy each others company, despite the terrible things that the new leadership has done and changed during the recent acquisition and appointment of new executive leadership.

My specific team is very tight-knit, incredibly knowledgeable, effective, responsible, and productive. We can all count on each other, and are hugely integral to the success of the company as a whole, supporting every other department we have within Constant Contact.

My direct leadership advocates for what is best for the employees AND our customers. Very constructive to the careers of their direct reports, assisting in growth within the company and beyond. They are much, much, much better than the executive leadership "team".

O que você gostou mais sobre a sua entrevista de emprego?

I like that they took the time to find the right candidates. I do not believe this is the case any longer due to the recent acquisition of our company by Clearlake Capital, as the newer employees and others that work here from outsourced firms are nowhere near the previous standard.
