Constant Contact Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are trying hard to continually improve our product for our customers and be an industry leader. They are much better about communicating and making it a good place to work.

There's not much to like unfortunately, they don't listen to employee feedback. They will send out a survey once a year to gather feedback, and then nothing is ever heard from the results of that.

Leadership gives you all of the tools you need to succeed, and make sure that you are having fun while doing it.

They give opportunity to new people

My leader helps me develop and grow. I am one of the lucky ones.

Transparency and helping everyone understand their priorities.

My direct leadership advocates for what is best for the employees AND our customers. Very constructive to the careers of their direct reports, assisting in growth within the company and beyond. They are much, much, much better than the executive leadership "team".

Great people except for CEO.

The team leads were really awesome and were there to help the best they can. All meetings feel a bit rushed because it is a call center and we only have an allotted amount of time to talk. I did not know the CEO or other executive team members.

Easy to speak with for support

Review from Sales Dept

They know us well. They strive to understand how we work and to motivate us in terms we appreciate.

All the top guys are friendly and relatable

Review from Sales Dept

Slowly but surely, they are bringing our organization closer together to better support our SMB customers.

Good company, takes care of its employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to employee, software standards and practices, communication

Hire new managers who care about the employees

Appriciate and take care of your employees, instead of ridiculing them in all hands meetings. Be honest and have dignity. To have suprise layoffs for loyal emoloyees is dirty.

Showing people they care even a bit.

Everything. Start by listening to employeew

Pay attention to the people who work for you. Send out employee engagement surveys to EVERYONE. Stop surrounding yourself with people who are afraid to challenge you.

Stand up for your employees. Stand up for yourself. Call out bad behavior.

They need to wake up to the realities of our attrition issues. They need to be more empathetic, transparent, and visionary.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay attention to who really has your back.

They seem disconnected and take feedback as disrespectful. When questions are asked, they ignore them or brush them off and can't seem to see there's a problem retaining employees

The leadership should either find a way to take Constant Contact to the next level, or sell it off for scrap.

Be honest with employees and customers.
