Overall, I've never been in a place that lets me grow as quickly as Crisp. While that growth has some bumps, I think the mindset and trajectory is in the right place. I feel the CEO does need to focus on his role, fully trust employees, and only step in where he needs to for that next big step

I think Crisp is the place to be if you want to put yourself through the most challenge you'll ever have in your professional career. Between every day being something new and the team alignment, there's always a fresh vantage point each day to hit goals and keep pushing yourself.

The people make the work great, but I do really enjoy the work I do. I think the people are just the icing on the cake on a company that really pushes boundaries.

The team is what's gotten us this far. Not exactly the most creative answer, but the people are the glue of the company and I think the company knows that and invests in it.

The company does care about how you perform, but they're not just going to pay you to pay you. I think that's a good thing as it truly drives people to be better and perform.

It's been a while, but the interview process did have a lot of steps even when I was hired. It's not easy, takes dedication, but it really reflects the work you'll be doing day to day.

The leadership team gets what needs to be done, but with how fast the company moves, sometimes it's difficult for things to be properly prioritized. That being said, the company is moving in the right direction, and I'm excited for the future.

While we work a lot, I don't feel it's forced. I have a drive to do more, be better, and Crisp exemplifies that. We look for the right people to build on that culture, but nobody is held hostage. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded. All that hard work makes for a strong culture.
