My team is always in communication, with each other as well as with other teams in the office, so we are almost always in sync and get to wear many hats by working closely with other departments.

I love being able to have a comfortable work routine while still being able to stretch my skills and learn something new each day. There is so much room and support for growth. I also love my bosses and coworkers!

They provide ample opportunities to grow our skills without having unrealistic expectations of what we will deliver. Overall very nurturing while still promoting independence.

We have a very supportive work environment that is professional but not uptight. My coworkers are both productive and personable -- we have a good time together while still getting our work done. Things like office lunches and weekly pastries help to bring us together.
