Employees celebrate the success of the company as a team.
The best part of our company culture is how expectations are set and how fair leadership is in regards to work-life balance. You are only required to travel when it is required and only for as long as it is needed. Furthermore, we have a flat and transparent organization.
For some companies culture isn't something that remote employees experience. FaceFirst took steps to make me feel welcomed when I arrived, thus introducing the culture. Being a smaller company, I have gotten to know my colleagues faster and better. The culture does extend beyond the main office.
Everyone has a great attitude and are willing to help any team any time.

The team is truly unified and excited to show up and make an impact.
Our culture is fun and laid back. Our office environment is friendly and we try to do fun things such as Pizza Fridays, cake day, wine and cheese events. We also decorate our office for holidays.
We have a very supportive work environment that is professional but not uptight. My coworkers are both productive and personable -- we have a good time together while still getting our work done. Things like office lunches and weekly pastries help to bring us together.
Everyone seems to be equally driven for the best outcome of the company which creates optimism.
