The executive team provides a variety of insights from multiple backgrounds. When priorities are decided upon, then it is communicated within the organization.

Their availability and desire to listen. I feel when I chat with our leadership team, my conversation is the only thing on their minds. It is not rushed or minimized. Reasons are given when things may not be done. Very refreshing.

The leadership team at FaceFirst works closely with employees to empower us and ensure we have all the materials to succeed. They provide ample opportunities to grow our skills without having unrealistic expectations of what we will deliver. Overall very nurturing while still promoting independence.

They have a diverse set of skills and personalities but still work synergistically to advance company goals.
