Literally the only positive thing is the coworkers. They understand the struggle.
They literally only ask your availability (or at least used to). Then you're hired.
Coworkers understand the struggle since we are all being treated like used rags. We do everything we can to keep each other going since we are the only ones we can rely on.
Communication. They treat all their female employees like trash. The female managers are never told about changes & are constantly being treated with zero respect. They also mock their employees & disregard any feedback that we attempt to give them. Males are praised while the women are criticized.
We are paid dust. We get treated like mules not like valued employees. Our GM and DM's are rude and act like we can't have a life outside of Five Guys. They demand open availability without taking into account we have things to do outside of work. Managers are only paid $1-2 more than employees.
