How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at GE Healthcare?
Impossible. You must be 150% dedicated to the job, at least in Apps. They talk about "work/life balance" but you better not expect it. Don't work for the S team.
Not difficult at all. Flexible schedules, permissive leave, and work-life balance are well supported.
What are your coworkers at GE Healthcare like?
Collaborative locally, but disconnects between regions makes working in tandem with non-local teams more difficult. Fortunately, management liaisons take some of that burden off the teams as a whole.

What should I wear for an interview at GE Healthcare?
Business casual, leaning casual, for development roles. Business casual for higher roles.
How do you feel about going to work at GE Healthcare everyday?
I look forward to coming to work, as the team atmosphere is tight knit and encouraging. I am also able to avoid traffic on the commute thanks to flexible scheduling, so I don't have to worry about road-raging, so it makes the job much more tolerable.
How's the work life balance at GE Healthcare?
As good as you want it to be. No forced time off, but as much as you like, within reason. If you get your work done, you're golden. And teams seem to not bite off more than they can chew, so as to not be crunched.

Permissive leave (as much time off as your manager will "permit"), flexible hours, travel opportunities.

Regimented. There's a performance and personal development tool that allows structured feedback to be presented to users as they see fit.

Comfortable, given that there are more people leaving than being let go, and the ones who are let go seem to have to ACTIVELY try to get let go.

There is a current effort to re-focus marketing which is good. However - each new leaders instead of just doubling down and providing focus --want to create their "new" program and strategy. Unnecessary disruption and reinventing the wheel.
