The stylist I work with are great. The enjoy the clients. We work our butts off and owner pays crap. He will higher NEW people and pay them more then people that have been with the company for 5+years with 30+ years exp. Down side other then that is owner does not care about shop, it's falling apart

It was comfortable. But I have 30 years cutting and I was the manager that interviewed me own stylist when she was a child.

Oh our leadership team is " US" the stylist. WE keep that place running. Not manager or owners. They are NEVER there. They are clueless.

There is no drama. We all work well together. We help each other out. All girls do their job. Newer stylist want to learn from the stylist with way more experience. Friendly and sweet group of stylist.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The co workers/ stylist. I love them all. I miss ones that leave for their own reasons. I truly over and care for some of my clients I have had for years. Older ones I worry about and have personally helped them with thing out of work as well.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I work in a town I grew up in. I have a ton of thing in common with clients from the town to being a parent. Most stylist are in the same boat. We gel will with the type of clients we have. We are a up beat friendly group.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
We should have a yearly review and raise. We should get better pay. They are desperate for help so NEW people get more pay. IF you quit then they will give you more money to stay or come back. You should not have to do that to get paid what you should get paid.
