What do you like best about the leadership team?

Supportive and constructive with empathy and passion

She listens and works around hard to deal with employees

I like that they are approachable, open-minded, and fun.

We are like a family

present and available if they are needed

Always willing to go out of there way to help with anything.

Only nice ! But doesn't care about your home life . Or work around you . When your part time but work full time hrs.

Shows me my progress every week and lets me know ways in ebich i can improve and always eager to help!

They care about you and your family

No experience with the leadership team.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Do not follow up on any concerns

Willing to do what they can to help

Oh our leadership team is " US" the stylist. WE keep that place running. Not manager or owners. They are NEVER there. They are clueless.

Theyre good to us all

It's not too bad, but the workroom drama can get a little unbearable at times.

Very interactive and there for you

Review from Customer Support Dept

they are committed and work hard as a group.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

They care deeply for their people

Responsive, forward thinking, and caring.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Standing up for fairer working conditions. That's why they go through so much help.

Appreciating and caring about employees and customers. Focus more on customer service and quality and pay your employees what they're worth not only think about how much money they can make for you.

Being an adult. Not being lazy

Review from Sales Dept

Reviews of coworkers, open communication, cameras in the salon for employee protection.

not have favorites. not have off all weekend. work a closing shift

communcation, respect, apperciation and pay

Review from Sales Dept

Honesty, integrity, valuing employees and their worth

Review from Sales Dept

Blue the people making the money, and the skills they bring. Value the profession. Not treat it as a swaet shop

Working together without drama and gossip

Working together as a team with everyone of the stylists.

better education of stylist, competent managers, more reasonable owners. If you want to work at a haircut sweatshop... this is your place to be

Review from Customer Support Dept

Working together as a team

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership needs to work on Team work and consistency.

Review from Sales Dept

Setting rules and sticking to them, not choosing favorites. We actually want a lunch break and bathroom break occasionally as well during our 10 hour shifts

Review from Sales Dept

Communication with stylist and customers

The "leadership" team needs to lead Instead if micro manage. The number of mandates constantly streaming in from corporate were very much coming from a "one size fits all" mentality

accountability for attendance and positive feedback

Consisteny of pay & not have someone doin hair for 10 years getting paid less than the newbie bc they short staffed.

They need to care about work life balance at all. Ive been in car accidents and had to go to work the next day

Review from Customer Success Dept

COMMUNICATION, POSITIVE FEEDBACK, CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, SEPARATION OF WORK AND PERSONAL SPACE/LIFE .. DON'T SHOW UP AT MY HOME WHEN I HAVEN'T ANSWERED MY PHONE BECAUSE YOU CAN....WHEN ITS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND AN ABUSE OF POWER...SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE
