The friendly nature between co-workers.
I work in a town I grew up in. I have a ton of thing in common with clients from the town to being a parent. Most stylist are in the same boat. We gel will with the type of clients we have. We are a up beat friendly group.
They have stepped outside the box and let us wear jeans on Saturday for free.
