We need money to eat and have a roof over our heads and cars that run.
Keep there's business to their self
Being a team player, communicating
So overworked that everyone is grumpy and short fused. Need time off so they can relax and more money so they arent forced to work 5/10 hour days to survive

Communication is the biggest thing, and not to discriminate or bully another stylist or treat them any different than the next.
