Some very good and smart people. Most people are very amicable. However, the company lacks focus, leadership and commitment to success. All the discussion and decision making is abstract and not grounded in reality.

I do not see any focus or momentum towards a goal. CEO and leadership is clueless on how to get to revenue. All business hypothesis is very surface level and not detail oriented. The leadership lacks experience in AI/ML space and that shows in the decision making.
