Its a very competive compensation package.

Hmm... lol were evolving as a company. We have enhance benfits/comp multiple times rhis year.. i like rhat we are market competative and adjust accordongly as rhe market has gone up amd adjusted internally as well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp adjustments with inflation. I think this is something that folks who've been at Groq longer are more impacted by. Sometimes feels like newer employees are valued more while tenured folks are forgotten.

I often find myself doing work outside my role and would like my level and comp to be adjusted accordingly.

I do not feel respected or that my work is appreciated. My efforts and hard work are often overlooked. I am consistently working outside my job description duties and doing things well above my pay grade without any sort of merit increase/spot bonus/title change.

I feel included and warm with my team. We value each others' input and ideas. I don't feel nervous to talk to them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think I'm generally in the middle, but that wasn't an option. I am content with my work life balance as I work on my own deliverables. Headcount allocation is a bit iffy - some teams struggle getting approval but opportunistic hires are looked at favorably.

Need more supporting team members or ICs who can help with work. Feeling swamped every day when running at full capacity is tough and many are getting burnt out.
