The host company (3M) was assumed and the interviewea did nothing to discourage the thought until after I accepted.
New management that are qualified to perform the job would make all the difference. Not ones who have not a clue and are only concerned with their own advancement.
Understanding the role an how the job is to do. Ask what the barriers to success. They need to know who is cheating to get their work done and prevent it or stop them from continuing.
Management is late and wasting our time every week. It is disrespectful to people who work on production to start late, you are taking time away from them doing their job. Be on time. I understand here and there a problem arising but Mgt is always last to enter and always 10-15 mins late.
Because the people beside me doing the same job are paid over $10 more an hour. Many tasks were added to this role making it much harder, to do...we were not compensated for this. People joining now get paid more than the long-term emps who have been with the company years, this is NOT fair.
