Flexible schedule easy work get to know people it was awesome
I work primarily at a kiosk inside a Walmart. That means I get to see a lot of my friends passing through.
I value the commitment to complete tax preparation correctly.
I work at a franchise location and the rules that apply to me don't apply to everyone else. I've missed out on minimum of 3 of the preparer bonuses because of this discrimination, I will never work for this location or any of the locations in Kentucky again. Equality across the board for everyone.

I do it for the clients and the tax preparers. Upper management makes the job very high stress and discouraging

Very difficult. Salary positions are very demanding woth little to no real downtime. Get paid 80hrs to work 100hrs with no job security.

Very insecure and day by day worried abput if you have a job the next week

Client interactions, seeing clients leave the desk or the office smiling or crying because you helped them and made their day!
