our top TP3 is a great asset but overworked between files, claims, colleagues asking questions. A handful of good colleagues. the rest dont take the job seriously, harrass and micromanage, and my clients are not impressed with how im treated by the ADM & her TP3 minion, who has the same title as me

The leadership team needs to understand that using fowl language when addressing an employee is never a good idea.
Updating and providing equipment that works. It is unacceptable to not have heat in an office when its -24 degree wind chill outside. It is unacceptable to have your computer to malfunction everyday. The computers are at least 20 years old and my monitor is 10 inches.

Stop having personal issues and management weighing the issues and not taking sides. And try and resolve the problem.

We can each tag team for our clients and there is always someone who can share or I can share our screens and we can get into a return with our credentials to help another. We have access to returns status so when it is slow we can work on them to keep the flow going.
They are customer first oriented and no drama, we come to work to help people get their taxes done, we should not have to deal with drama from corporate that takes away from us serving the customer. The people I work with are part of a team that would be so much happier with good leadership

Have patience with newcomers and teach and.answer their questions. This is something that comes to a person overnight. It's discouraging when you feel you're agravating someone.
Clients are wonderful to work with. We can play soft music, coffee is available. We keep our offices clean and orgsnized. Peaceful and friendly while still professional.

The interview process was easy.
interview and follow up. im top in employee referrals but many walked because our DM is dealing with too many tasks and cant focus on hiring good help. the referrals give up after not getting set up with tax school, getting paperwork done, and knowing their role & hours.

working with clients, educating them on taxes, helping them with irs.gov, ssa.gov, labor board, helping them set up myjh and serve accounts, their employers when they refuse documents, finding them all the credits. learning new skills with challenging files; schedules A, C, E, & F are my niche.

Need to rethink sales and marketing strategy and expand services. Efficiency could be greatly improved through technology. Need to do that for future as AI is implemented greatly effecting efficiency and pricing. Online threats are coming to industry.
