What are some of the best things about your team?
We can each tag team for our clients and there is always someone who can share or I can share our screens and we can get into a return with our credentials to help another. We have access to returns status so when it is slow we can work on them to keep the flow going.
They are customer first oriented and no drama, we come to work to help people get their taxes done, we should not have to deal with drama from corporate that takes away from us serving the customer. The people I work with are part of a team that would be so much happier with good leadership
Supervisors are always reachable by phone or message if a situation arises.

Little interaction except for office manager. Office manager was very unorganized
They're fine. The boss is not right.
Have patience with newcomers and teach and.answer their questions. This is something that comes to a person overnight. It's discouraging when you feel you're agravating someone.
Work together and stop the gossiping
