What did you like most about the interview process?well, I got hired. at the time I was happy about it. but each year i work here I'm less and less happy
What makes you most happy at work?Educating my clients when I see the reason their return wasnt what they expected. I love it when my clients come back to me for service. Good Reviews. I especially love it when I feel I made a connection with my client and they walk out happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Clients are wonderful to work with. We can play soft music, coffee is available. We keep our offices clean and orgsnized. Peaceful and friendly while still professional.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?leadership extremely weak. I really like them individually, but I'm not confident in their abilities to manage our company and am concerned overall for the company's survival under their leadership. It could be a really great company with a strong leadership team
