The leadership team needs to understand that using fowl language when addressing an employee is never a good idea.
Updating and providing equipment that works. It is unacceptable to not have heat in an office when its -24 degree wind chill outside. It is unacceptable to have your computer to malfunction everyday. The computers are at least 20 years old and my monitor is 10 inches.

Have patience with newcomers and teach and.answer their questions. This is something that comes to a person overnight. It's discouraging when you feel you're agravating someone.
Invest in the office. I feel because the office is located in a poor black community that the franchise owners do not care about the equipment or office conditions.
