our top TP3 is a great asset but overworked between files, claims, colleagues asking questions. A handful of good colleagues. the rest dont take the job seriously, harrass and micromanage, and my clients are not impressed with how im treated by the ADM & her TP3 minion, who has the same title as me

My only complaint about leadership would be that they make unrealistic demands at times or they expect you to change things without looking at the impact of that change holistically
I love the leadership in my region. They are extremely hands on with their employees. They are a major part of the training as well as the work environment. They always offer additional training amd positive reinforcement when needed. They don't talk down to us preparers and they praise when due.

The leadership team needs to understand that using fowl language when addressing an employee is never a good idea.
Updating and providing equipment that works. It is unacceptable to not have heat in an office when its -24 degree wind chill outside. It is unacceptable to have your computer to malfunction everyday. The computers are at least 20 years old and my monitor is 10 inches.
To be honest and real
Stop having personal issues and management weighing the issues and not taking sides. And try and resolve the problem.
