They were there for help and support from the beginning to the end

Always willing to help, always supportive, always available. Always feel they are on my side.
our top TP3 is a great asset but overworked between files, claims, colleagues asking questions. A handful of good colleagues. the rest dont take the job seriously, harrass and micromanage, and my clients are not impressed with how im treated by the ADM & her TP3 minion, who has the same title as me
its no longer a team. theyve made that abundantly clear
Bobus every seasons ending. And the time to refresh before gearing up for busy season.

We can each tag team for our clients and there is always someone who can share or I can share our screens and we can get into a return with our credentials to help another. We have access to returns status so when it is slow we can work on them to keep the flow going.
They are customer first oriented and no drama, we come to work to help people get their taxes done, we should not have to deal with drama from corporate that takes away from us serving the customer. The people I work with are part of a team that would be so much happier with good leadership
Supervisors are always reachable by phone or message if a situation arises.
Outspoken, talented, helpful, knowledgeable and more
Ositive, learning experience with challenging work that is continual learning.

I work primarily at a kiosk inside a Walmart. That means I get to see a lot of my friends passing through.
Review from Sales Dept
I am alone almost all day everyday, that's the most positive thing about it, so I don't have to deal with the laziness too often
Clients are wonderful to work with. We can play soft music, coffee is available. We keep our offices clean and orgsnized. Peaceful and friendly while still professional.
We can create a wonderful environment using marketing strategies and advertising that pops on our buildings

Review from Customer Success Dept
The interview process was easy.
interview and follow up. im top in employee referrals but many walked because our DM is dealing with too many tasks and cant focus on hiring good help. the referrals give up after not getting set up with tax school, getting paperwork done, and knowing their role & hours.
Being able to take to the manager and know about the company
The proper experience and tools to be able to perform the duties expected of me.

Educating my clients when I see the reason their return wasnt what they expected. I love it when my clients come back to me for service. Good Reviews. I especially love it when I feel I made a connection with my client and they walk out happy.
I work alone and enjoy my clients, the clients make me happy.

Working with Wal Mart customers and from other sources. When I was starting to get good at it, I started feeling better.
working with clients, educating them on taxes, helping them with irs.gov, ssa.gov, labor board, helping them set up myjh and serve accounts, their employers when they refuse documents, finding them all the credits. learning new skills with challenging files; schedules A, C, E, & F are my niche.
