Absolutely amazing. When I first started working, I thought "this is too good to be true, there's gotta be some down side" but Jerry has proven me wrong every day. Everyone is super welcoming/helpful, there's shoutouts in regular team meetings that I actually like going to, and work life balance.

Ownership and drive. Everyone's ideas are welcome despite if you are an entry level or the head of the company. The slack channel allows access to all things from marketing, SEO, operations, sales, etc no matter what your role is. People know what defines excellence and aren't afraid to have fun!

I've never had a company offer me stocks before. The company has grown nearly exponentially and its amazing to me that I'm allowed to benefit from that financially. I believe in the success of the company and I directly contribute to it! As for other benefits, all bases are covered and protected.

Everyone is bouncing ideas off of each other constantly and always lend a helping hand when needed. In terms of entry level compared to higher ups, the culture makes it so that you feel like you are a part of every team. When company meetings come, everyone is encouraged to contribute, and often do.
