This is my first week. I'm doing onboarding remotely. None of my credentials have been ready so I'm literally doing nothing. I can't do online training, can't setup my pay for direct deposit, nothing. I'm supposed to be on site in 3 days but I don't know where. This is ridiculous.

Have HR actually do some work. Get on the phone to verify what you need to know. Make sure your hires have what they need to succeed.

No one has followed up with me on where I am in the process and what I need. Only by speaking up have I received a quantum of help.
