Depends on your position.. some position require daily on site attendance. Some are 100% virtual and some are a mix in between depending on business needs, manager and how long you have been there.
How would you compare interviewing at JLL to other places you've interviewed?
Fairly straightforward interview. Just need to make sure you are on top of your game, you know the markets, you've read their research on your local markets and sector, and you have a good story as to why you want to do Real Estate and work in Brokerage.

What is the current state of the debt markets as it pertains to the Hotel market. If you were going to finance an asset that has unstable cash flows, what kind of loan would you take?
How can I improve my chances of being hired at JLL?
Have the right skill-set they are looking for - especially for the more analytical positions in Capital Markets, REIB, Hotels, etc. Financial Modeling (Real Estate), know the markets, make sure your resume answers the question "Why Real Estate" before they ask you in an interview. If you need to boost your analytical skills - consider online real estate coursework, financial modeling bootcamps like breaking into wall street, or an M.S. in Real Estate (Finance) at a school like NYU, Cornell, Columbia, MIT, Georgetown, etc.
