    The company culture is pretty terrible. People don't communicate well and try to one-up their co-workers to validate their job. Some offices are pretty great to work in, but not all.

    Business professional. If you're a man, wear either a suit with tie or dress pants, tie, and blazer. If a woman, pants suit, dress, skirt with blazer, etc. It's a professional but conservative environment.
