At the moment not great. The company still hasn't fully gotten their act together three years after the merger, and it's gotten worse as the talk of going public has grown.

The company culture is pretty terrible. People don't communicate well and try to one-up their co-workers to validate their job. Some offices are pretty great to work in, but not all.

Business professional. If you're a man, wear either a suit with tie or dress pants, tie, and blazer. If a woman, pants suit, dress, skirt with blazer, etc. It's a professional but conservative environment.

Like most commercial real estate companies it’s still heavily a white male company (I say as a white male). They are taking some initiative to change this, but it's slow.
