Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes and someone else always gets credit
They do not pay our mobile allowance
I didnt miss one day during covid and got no appreciation and i dont get stock options
Not being taken advantage of, having the support of HR or higher ups to prevent internal theft, instead of turning a blind eye
well, let's see my pay has dropped 75% in the last few years and I have 20 years at the company. This place is all about people stealing other peoples business and work.

Proper direction on projects and understanding what leadership actually wants.
Need to check work before handing over
My coworkers are calling off very often and there isnt enough staff to cover
none of us work together. They were in around speaking of the team when there is no team, there is just individuals trying to survive.

There is no work life balance. Unfairness. I cant even take vacation when I want to.
First stop telling black women over 40 to go to your desk and be pretty

What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved at a good pace
It was short anf fast
good conversation, clearly and objectives showed by RH
Met a lot of the local team and got a good sense of them and their personalities.
I got in on a referral but the interview process can be weird and difficult if you're not internal or have other CRE experience.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
asking more about what do we excpect
I would like less panel interviews
More transparency around compensation, justification of offer based on evaluation and perceptions of ability to contribute.
I had 6 people in my interview...that was a bit much
More knowledgeable individuals doing the interviews. Most are not qualified to evaluate a candidates ability to do their job.

it can't be the company needs to be totally disbanded. No one will listen to anyone and they keep driving down the company.

Honestly I am ashamed to work here
Poor management in some areas
Better customer service, more supplies, stop neglecting tenants and get their work orders done before closing them
